PwC's quiet layoffs

Something stinks with PwC's quiet layoffs 👃 😲


So PwC decided to seek volunteers for their latest round of layoffs (article). Volunteers were told to keep it on the DL.

The real kicker though....

They were given a SCRIPT for their goodbye email!

The HR blessed script conveniently mentioned how hard of a decision it was for [fill in the blank employee] and how much they enjoyed PwC and their coworkers.

All layoffs stink, but this is on another level.

😖 So cringey IMO.
