EY Says No to RTO

EY only requires 2 days a week in the office. That’s a sweet Hybrid deal in a world where 3 days a week has become the norm.

Well guess what… most EY employees aren’t complying.

😲 That means employees aren’t going in at all or are only once a week.

While I think a 2 day requirement is pretty generous, I love the empowerment of the employees to force the flexibility.

🤼 There is a power struggle going on right before our eyes.
